At All Hilom Apotheca, each order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and other important information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every product meets our quality standards.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and carrier, but generally range from 3–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to select domestic and international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. All Hilom Apotheca is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All Hilom Apotheca is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. All Hilom Apotheca is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
