Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, plant-based ingredients designed to restore balance, nurture the body, and heal the soul. “Hilom” means “the closing of a wound and the healing of the soul” in Tagalog—this philosophy is at the heart of everything we create.
Yes! Every product we make is formulated with natural, ethically sourced ingredients and is cruelty-free. We never test on animals and avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, or synthetic fragrances. Our goal is to honor both people and planet while celebrating traditional healing wisdom.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your delivery status. Please allow additional time during holidays or special promotions.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness goods, we cannot accept returns on used, personal care, or custom items.
